How to Measure

Tip: If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a ruler and a piece of string.

Neck
Start with a collared shirt that fits you well. Lay the fully buttoned collar flat. Measure along the inside of the collar from one end to the other until the tape overlaps.

Chest
Wrap the tape measure just under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and ensure it stays parallel to the floor.

Sleeve Length
Relax your arm at your side, slightly bent. Measure from the center of the back of your neck, over the shoulder, down the outside of your arm to your wrist. Round up to the nearest whole number.

Waist
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your seat. Use a mirror to ensure the tape stays level across your back.
